Had concerns if the locking nuts would fit since there was no mention of model 8100 in the description and picture of the thread pitch look a bit different.Well, these replacement tips will work on very old Weller Junior model 8100 soldering guns.Pretty sure the silver coating will burn off or discolor. But I have been using pieces of 12-gauge copper wire and re-using the locking nuts for some 26 years now and thought it time to get new replacement tip with nuts and save old as spares.
