It works just don’t get dehydrated
I’ve been sick with some crazy virus like RSV, it started with a sore throat then the next day was only sinuses and chest cold and has lasted 11 days so far, by the 5th day I was feeling 70% better but that stayed the same. I started taking vitamin c right when I got sick and was coughing up a lot of phlegm. The first night I took one tablet on a full stomach and throughout the night I was sweating constantly from my body detoxing. You should try this out if you’re sick with this nasty cold in SoCal since doctors can’t do anything for you unless it gets worse.... I will update this when I’m 100% better. To note I hadn’t been sweating like that while I’ve been sick, you gotta stay hydrated too!
