Sturdy enough!
I used this chain, along with some command hooks, to hang a tray as a shelf by my bed. It's holding up really well! I thought it would hold barely just my alarm (it's a big, heavy, sunrise simulator), but it handles my 20lb cat just fine too. I wouldn't recommend purchasing this chain with weight bearing in mind though, that's clearly not what it's for - it was very easy to cut through with a pair of cuticle nippers when I was trimming it to get the right length for my shelf to hang. All in all, great purchase for my purposes. Would buy again if needed, but I have plenty left over for now!

In Seattle the chain is perfect for the type of rain that we get most ...
We used this chain in lieu of a downspout for the gutter on our front porch in Seattle. We got the idea from the Honolulu Airport where "rain chains” control the speed and trajectory of water falling from the open air roof above most of the walkways. We used it earlier on all of the downspouts on our home in the San Francisco east bay area. In both places it is well suited to our Asian-fusion architecture. In Seattle the chain is perfect for the type of rain that we get most of the time creating a slow flow and drip held to the chain by the surface tension of the falling water. In California it was a wonderful substitute for the twenty-foot long downspouts that would have run from our hillside roof to the ground far below. The chain is light and strong and does not rust nor allow the growth of moss. We are very pleased with it. Hey, did I mention that it is cheap. Google rain chain and brace yourself for sticker shock.

Exactly what I needed
I run a food pantry that was changed to an outdoor one with the Coronavirus. We had cones set up, but it was still difficult to direct cars through the cones the right way. I ordered two of these and instantly it was problem solved. I even ordered 2 more to finish out the path. They were very reasonable, much cheaper than buying more cones. They are light, easy to see from a distance, and are surprisingly tangle free. If you are using these with cones, buy a set of little clamps to attach them to the cones and set up is quick and easy.

Light, easy, multi-purpose
Using this as a temporary rain chain from a gutter. Works great for this purpose. Sturdy links, a few look malformed and weak though. Easy to cut to length. Light. Handy color clip to find the end! Will find many uses for this in the yard (hanging planters, bird feeders, etc).

Plastic chain
Wanted a marker that was inexpensive around a large piece of property I have in the back without needing a fence. Works really well and looks nice and is not a "stick it in your face" kind of property border. Oh, I got the yellow one to put between two stanchions. I have this very large driveway that people think is a road for them to park in so had to define the area to mark private. The white chain is what I used as a property border. Nice size and they have these inexpensive link connectors that work well. They would look good draped around garden areas also.

Perfect Chains for Halloween-ing Up the Yard!
Every Halloween we go a tad overboard in turning out front yard into a haunted wonderland. This year we wanted to create a fence around our "cemetery" but needed something between the poles that would be lightweight and easily storable but give a sense of foreboding! The black version of these fit the bill perfectly. We added a smidgen of paint to give it an aged look and now we have a great way to block off areas of the yard while keeping it perfectly Halloween-y. Will definitely order more in the future!

Great for my son's Sensory Play
My 14 yr old with Down Syndrome asked for this as a present. He places it in and out of containers. It is easy to clean, it is light weight, and my son loves them. He can make shapes, and coils!

Nice chain and fast shipping
Nice chain and fast shipping. I will be using it for goat collars - much cheaper this way than buying individual collars.
