cannot replace the needle
After six months of having this product and doing light clothing repairs, I took to making masks for my husband and I. The needle broke half way through the first mask. I attempted to replace the needle with the replacement they sent, once the needle is in place, the threads of the screw won't match the threads of the bracket and it WILL NOT HOLD. We've read and followed the instructions to the letter and it will not work. The threads match FINE without a needle in place, but NOT with the needle in. I've send 2 "messages" via Amazon to have this resolved. There is no way to reach this company otherwise that I have found. Sadly, because I owned and used it for six months before the needle broke I can't get my $$ back. This is not my first sewing machine, though it is my first CRAPPY sewing machine. What good is a sewing machine without a NEEDLE?

Awful experience. Waited almost a month just to experience nothing but headache and frustration from this sewing machine. I only needed it to make home made masks not that I was trying to a fashion designer or anything. The machine itself did not perform as I expected. Would find myself threading the needle on every attempt to sew. If i didnt know how to thread definently mastered that skill. Ive adjusted the tension on the machine. Still breaks. Changed to different thread still breaks. Only certain stitches work. Light denim out of the question would jam everytime. Or will sew a little and break. Definitely returning. I ended up purchasing elsewhere now gotta wait probably another month just be refunded. Anyone reading this I would suggest adding another 100 to get something worth your while this aint it!

I wanted to like this machine....
...but it broke after I was only able to make two masks. I suspect (in my case) it had to do with switching between stitches. As long as I used any of the three straight stitches, all was well. But moving back and forth between straight and zigzag seems to have goofed up the plastic feeder inside the machine. Needles bent, upper thread no longer pulling up the bobbin thread. Seems to have gotten stuck between the two kinds of stitches.Bottom line? I had to request a return authorization.UPDATE - 6/17/2020 - I returned this machine over a month ago. It was received by the company. STILL no refund issued. It is ridiculous and unacceptable. Buyer beware.

Lousy Product
Waited for this so long so can make some cloth mask but it doesn't work. Got so frustrated that it keeps on jamming . Dont buy this, its a waste of your hard earn money.

The selling company is horrible to deal with and the product is cheap
This machine ran very slow it was very noisy made a chunk chunk chunk sound as it sold. To make a bobbin the arm went up and down instead of disengaging so that you could just make a Bobben. This excess usage of the arm bobbing up and down caused a screw to fall out of the machine and then I am having a difficult time getting my refund from the company that made the machine.

Stay away, total joke of a product
I was pretty desperate for a machine since my other one friend after 20+ years.This was a total waste of money. The foot doesnt grip well to get a good solid stitch, the pattern button gets stuck and won't switch between choices, the "light" is barely a glow, it's about the size of a cereal box so getting your hand between the neck and the foot/needles is an act of congress.Do. Not. Waste. Your. Money!!!!!!
