Chipolte Pepper Gouda Cheese
I saw this cheese on a Food Network show. I love cheese and I love chipolte and knew I had to try it. I searched the internet, and found Eichens. When Amazon was listed as a seller, I immediatly ordered the 8oz wedge. Even though the shipping charge was way more than the product ( it was shipped in an insulated package with a reusable freezer pack), it was worth the money. The cheeze is excellent with great Gouda flavor. The blending of the chipolte added to the just the right amount of spice without overpowering the taste of the cheeze. It obviously didn't last very long, and I will definitely order this item again. Plus, I've already used the freezer pack on a camping trip. What's not to like.

Good, not great, and not something I'd order again.
Okay, a bit grainier than I expect, but nice flavor. Wanted to try it, and did.
