Q: The descriptions states "lined", but a couple of the pictures show no lining. Are they lined?

Yes, there is a white lining on back

Q: I’m not seeing how the blind clips on to the wall bracket?

3 clips mounted inside the frame. The top back slips in, then the front lifted up and clicked in place. Took 10 minutes with screwdriver. Quick installation!

Q: I’ve ordered two of these and both are crooked. How can I fix this? Anyone else having this problem?

First one I ordered was beautiful, ordered second and really crooked!! Sending back!

They're a pretty specific type of bracket, I would contact the Chicology customer service, I'm sure they would be glad to help..
