Great product for calmness
This product is "food for the brain" as Dr Jonathon V Wright wrote in Nutrition and Healing newsletter many years ago. At a dose of 8 pills (4 2 times a day) it helps me remain calm and creates a happy wife for a happy life!

Keeps me in "the realm"
I have used this product for 7 years and I won't go without it! This is a natural mood stabilizer. Helps with ADHD, depression and memory loss. I gave the link to my psychiatrist and she passed it along to her clients for bi-polar disorder without side effects. It's keeping me in "the realm"!
