These help. After a bout of eye strain, I found blue light blocking glasses help ease the strain. I swapped between the three depending on what I needed. It's easy to tell which has the highest percentage for blocking but the next two are harder to tell. Would be nice to have a better indication of that. I put a little piece of tape on lowest so I could figure out which was which.The glasses are comfortable. I keep them all nearby for gaming, watching tv, computer work or whenever my eyes are feeling strained.I chose these because there are 3 pairs of glasses for various needs & that the percentage of blue light blocking is listed. Not many include that info. Each pair have their own draw string storage bag that also serves as lens cleaning cloth.I do recommend

I have tried several blue blocking glasses and the amber in this set are my favorite. I just wish the farms were higher quality. I have broken all five pairs I have from this brand. I managed to glue one back together until I find something better to replace them.

This is a great buy and excellent value return. the three options for coverage is so helpful - i wear them all day at my desk and switch based on screens and room light. So glad i got these.

They look great and are lightweight and comfortable. The downside is they have a high amount of reflection from inside as well. I can see my eyes and some of my face it's distracting. They smudge very very easily.

They are misleading the buyers with the size, those sunglasses are smaller: 137mm +/-

After a few days they are not comfy on my nose need some pads on them for sure. But functionality wise they are very good. I have to spend a lot of time daily in front the screen, these have virtually completely stopped the headaches I was getting.

Brought the glasses for my wife. They help her sleep.
