I have been using Physican's Choice MCT oil for almost one month. This is my first experience with MCT oil. I have read quite a bit about its benefits. I took off one star because the cap from the bottle arrived broken. I did not have another cap that would fit and just covered the the top with aluminum foil. Also found that the product drips down the side of the bottle with each use. I had to make sure I kept bottle on paper towel and had to wipe down bottle after every use. Physican's Choice please fix the bottle cap and dripping issue.Other than that, the product is very good. No taste so it does not interfere with favor of coffee or tea. I noticed mental focus almost immediately after taking. I caution you if you are not use to taking MCT oil, please start off with small dose (1 teaspoon) and build up. I can tolerate 1 tablespoon per day. Even a smidge more and I have digestive issues. During these weeks taking MCT oil I have been able to take my workout intensity up and my body thrives. I feel stronger and look a little leaner since taking it. My husband is also taking it and notices better sleep and better workouts. I have energy during the day. Its a clean energy not jittery.I highly recommend this product and will be repurchasing it and adding to my daily supplementation.

I ordered this a while ago and have been using it for some time now. The taste is great. I use this to infuse herbs into so that I can make dressings and seasonings. The product is just as described, exceptional quality and it arrived quickly. The first time I ordered, the bottle was damaged in transit, because of my delivery driver, which has since been handled. I contacted customer service for the manufacturer directly and explained the situation, as I needed this to arrive undamaged. They sent out a new bottle straight from their facility that day and I had it 2 days later. Perfectly packaged and ready to use. I've been adding it into my coffee as well, when I infuse it into homemade creamer and it does not change the taste other than to help enhance the flavors. I love being able to get the nutritional benefits of taking MCT without having to remember to take a pill or some off tasting liquid. This however, is everything I expected and more. If you are looking for a great quality MCT oil for your infusing needs or just to add straight to your smoothies/coffees/juices, etc. This is the product for you! I will definitely order again once I need more. Two thumbs up!

I typically buy a different brand that advertises "bullet" coffee. This product delivers high quality, flavor and taste .I was very pleased with the fact I am getting 32oz for an amazing price. I use this for my coffee in the morning, and for cooking. Great for sauteed veggies, and searing chicken in an pan. Healthier alternative.My only complaint would be the lid for the bottle came broken off, and I have no way to seal it.

I have been using this oil for about a week now and I am becoming a real fan. It has helped with a constipation issue that I have had for several months now. Not a problem anymore.I've had big improvements with my energy levels as well. Since my digestive issue is resolved I've been sleeping better. With the increase of energy ice been getting more done, focusing on my health and fitness more and actually find my all round focus to have improved as well.I put this in my coffee every morning and I don't taste a thing and it doesn't affect the taste of my coffee either. I've tried other MCT oils that gave me gas and had a mild taste to then but this one doesn't.I like the results I've gotten in just week and some change I've been using it. I am expecting even more improvements the long I use this. I don't see myself changing brands after this. Bonus points that this is a family run business, they use quality ingredients, and it's made here in the US.Now not every product works well for everyone but I would highly recommend giving this one a go.
