DO NOT BUY !!! This is a completely waste of money. If I could rate negative stars I would ... The entire bed frame is made of flimsy cheap wood and it shipped broken. Also the Seller is completely useless with returns . Save yourself time and headache and buy something else !!!

Well the headboard and footboard are all good. But this platform bedframe only came with 3 flimsy support slats across the bottom to support your entire mattress. So, we put a board over it for actual support. Needless to say, the first guests we had slept on it and the entire thing broke. If you buy this, just know that your going to have to build the entire bottom/support yourself. After $40 at Lowe’s and some time we actually made it right!

Pieces were already broken right out of the box. It is a waste of time. Not sure where the metal plates go!! With on of the pieces fallen off I am not sure if I can even use the piece. How does a bed without a foundation work? What will support the mattress ? Not happy with this product.

One star is generous. The bed came with well over half of the screws and bolts missing. None of the hardware stores carry the sizes I need to assemble the bed. Extremely frustrating

Loved this bed. Was so excited to put it in my son's room. Then, took it out the box and there are no screws, tools or nails to put the bed together. I call the customer service number supplied and they tell me that I have to call the ACME NYC location. The ACME NYC location tells me, they can't do anything for me- and I am NOT their customer, Amazon is. The worst experience EVER! I returned the item to get a bed elsewhere! Glad Amazon who is not your only customer is the one who's money matters- when I am the customer paying!

The frame came missing two of the center leg supports, as well as the wood screws it said it came with. So my daughter is sleeping on a mattress on the floor until I can figure out how to get the pieces asap from the company. But now I have to call and deal with that. Very annoying. Also one of the comments said it came with slats and that's the last thing I saw before ordering it. I looked at so many it was hard to keep track of which ones had what. It does NOT come with slats, and the description does say it needs a box spring. I should have looked better but that comment should be deleted. Also, the support beams were poor quality and one had a huge crack. The rest of the frame is solid and nice though, came in great condition. If it came with everything and supports not cracked, the frame itself would get 5 stars.

This BED frame is absolutely not a “ KING “ as it describes on it’s title. The dimensions where a mattress would lay comfortably without any voids is for a “ CALIFORNIA KING “ ! Considering the title of the product I purchased a “ KING “ mattress which doesn’t fit into the frame, HOWEVER, fits precisely on top of the “ BOX spring “ I purchased separately ! I’m very UNHAPPY, mislead, & disappointed. I now have to attempt in selling my BRAND new mattress & box spring that is not refundable for a “ California KING “ one that would fit comfortably into the frame of this very beautiful “ BED frame “ .... THIS IS VERY INCONVENIENT & VERY TIME consuming along with a financial burden. Thanks for hurting a valued Amazon customer who proudly utilizes both his Amazon Credit Cards for purchases.... Such a horrendous mishap was bestowed upon me.... 🥺

Alright pros firstThis bed looks very very nice, my mom loves the antique grey color. I was able to assemble it myself as a 19 year old female.Cons...lord. The instructions were SO unclear at times. It basically just shows you the finished step and you have to figure out how it works. If you’re someone who struggles with instructions, I’d suggest getting some help with this.I had two pieces missing! You’re supposed to have three under bed supports, I only had one. Thankfully the bed seemed sturdy enough with just the one in the middle, but the boards they give you to put across the frame are so weak and flimsy that if my mom didn’t have a box spring I’d be worried just her mattress would break them.Overall...this was alright. I managed to build it because I’ve conveniently been building a lot of beds (we just moved) but the instructions really were difficult to follow, just because they were poorly written. The head and footboard feel high quality but everything else is debatable. In general, it’s a good bed frame, and it seems remarkably sturdy if you get all the parts. If you’re generally able to figure instructions out, then I’d suggest buying this bed frame.
