I've been taking this supplement for 2 months now. I really do feel great after using it for that amount of time. I ran out and didn't take it for 2 days. I noticed a difference in my energy level. Not sure if it's just a placebo effect or what, but when I didn't take this for 2 days I felt pretty tired. I usually take one in the morning and one in the evening when I get home from work. Great stuff so far!

So far this is a great combination of the essential minerals and vitamins for good bone support. I like having this combo of ingredients to get the calcium and magnesium with my Vit D3 plus K2 for support for the teeth and bones throughout my body. Plus the ratio of mg per item is super in this combo product. So far I am pleased with this product.Thank you HMS!

I like that it doesnt have soy or gluten , is vegan and made in the USA. My husband has hypothyroidism and Epilepsy. He needs to take vitamin D supplements for the rest of his life but it can be hard to find a product that suits him. We both take them and have enjoyed the benefits this far. No bad side effects and we are about to go on a second bottle.

Lots of bang for the buck. This product has the right types of each supplement ingredient for maximum absorption. It has the proper dosages as well and you can't beat the price for such a high quality supplement. I am a happy customer to have found this item.

I used to buy each ingredient separately until I found this product. I bought it and took it, then I stop taking it for a couple of weeks and notice the difference my nails became brittle. I started again and I am well pleased with this product.

This is my second order of this supplement. I am very happy with it. I now see a nutritionist and some of the supplements that I was taking she disapproved of, but she approves this one and encouraged me to continue taking it.

When I purchased this there was no label in any of the product pics or in the reviews. So I took a pic so everyone can see how much of each vitamin is in each dose. I was disappointed with the 11% daily value of calcium. The amount of magnesium was also lower than I wanted. I am still going to give these a try but I will never buy another supplement that doesn't show the full label.

I am very happy to find this combination of calcium, magnesium, vitamin D3 & K2 in one easy to swallow capsule. The cost is less than $10 a month which for me is affordable. I will definitely keep ordering this product.
