Fsmart Usb Led Light, Flexible Stick Dimmable 10 Led Computer Keyboard Reading Night Light

I chose this model over others, because it is dimmable. So, before anyone says that it is an un-necessary gimmick, let me assure you that it is soooooo practical. You can adjust the level to JUST the way you want, very easy up and down the full range of the light. The light output is simply perfect. I guess a lot of people buy this for laptop light, I use mine for inside lighting of my tent, connected to my power bank. It is SO much more convenient than a head lamp and lights up the tent even when it is placed on the floor. When it is raised vertically, the top end reaches about 45 cm. It really makes a lot of light, even though consumption is only 0.5 W. All functions - On/Off and dimming up and down - is handled by the touch sensor on the end of the light, and while it can sound confusing it is really the easiest thing to get used ti. Build quality is excellent, mine already went on my hard floor a couple of times - no issues.The flexible swan-neck is perfect in length and allows for a very easy adjustment. Should I quip about anything detail whatsoever, it would be the USB connection - it is sitting there with a little too much tolerance and can quite easy rock back and forth. Is that a deal breaker ? Not at all.

after reading mostly popular reviews i was already hoping for a simple solution to my lap top that did not have back light keys. This was it.Yes i think the light opening could be a little smaller to provide more focused light. the dimmer feature helps alot. I actually took a blue sharpie and coloured the lens and trimmed the edges with black shapie. now it works perfect and gives cool blue glow.i will be ordering more im sure. nice bit of cheap kit

Have used for a few hours it does a decent job with the keyboard making it easy for me to use in the dark. My biggest knock is the lose fit in the USB port to much play, and mine is eighter off or on it won't dim. But it still does the job for now so plan on keeping it. Contacted manufacturer today they got back to me in a matter of minutes via email advised holding the on / off button dims the light and yes it does work very well so upgrading to 4 stars.

Did not get item pictured. Neck was chrome and not black as shown. Also item doesn't dim or turn on or off when you touch the end. Seller does not respond to emails

Be very careful. Had this for a week, shorted and burned my arm. I noticed the telltale sign smell of ozone and initially thought it was something in my pc. I was leaning over and brushed the light, burning my arm.Be VERY CAREFUL with this device. It would have eventually generated enough heat to start a fire. AVOID IF POSSIBLE.

Good LED reading light. I wouldn't call it super bright, but it is just right for a reading light, and you can dim it more if you'd like. The only problem with mine is that the neck isn't as rigid as I like. After positioning it, the light it tends to drift a little bit.

This is a nice light that has good color balance (not too yellow or blue). Output is bright and has a very nice continuous dimming feature. My unit could use some help staying in place as the USB plug and goose neck move around too easily. Other than that issue, a great little light .

The one-touch dimming/brightening feature may be this light's best feature, especially when working wherever a bright light might disturb others. I only wish that the USB plug fit a little tighter and that the lamp was an inch or two longer to more evenly illuminate my laptop's keyboard.
