When it comes to sports tape I was skeptical I could find one that I liked as they usually were not sticky enough or just did not work in general. I pulled the muscles in my thumb having it pulled back to my wrist and there is not much they can do other than hope it can heal. With nothing on it, certain movements were very painful and basically it became a severe hindrance. But THIS tape when not wrapped too tight has been perfect. It actually supports the joint and muscles most likely torn and makes it not 100% but at least a solid 90% and that is way better than expected. Easy to cut with scissors and plenty sticky enough and it repels water nicely too if it was to get wet that is. This product has completely reversed how I once thought of sports tape in general. It works plain and simple.

The tape is helpful and sticky enough to stay on for A-day, easy to peel off.

This tape is supposed to be water proof and last for you to five days. After showering at the end of day one, it is peeling up anywhere it overlaps.

I've got a rash/ burn peeled my skin off basically my entire arm is completely raw, I tried to use this for my rotator cuff injury while sleeping to ease some of my pain, which it did help with, but by morning it was peeling off and needed removed, I followed all instructions and now I've got this pain on top of my torn rotator cuff.

I've used generic brand kinesiology tape as well as name brand KT tape. This tape is better than both. The generic was fine didn't last that long, especially through a shower. The adhesive on the KT tape irritated my skin really bad and when I pulled the tape off because the ends had started to fray and loosen it ripped some of my skin with it! This tape though lasted through at least 2 showers (several days), didn't irritate my skin, and was easy to take off. And a bonus that it shows you when it is 25 or 50% stretched.

Sticks very well, can last 5 - 6 days or more (The KT band only last about 2 - 3 days for me). The pattern really helps controlling the stretch. The tape itself is also more sturdy than the KT band, it provides more support. Overall really good product!Update:I am somehow a little bit allergic to the tape, especially on my arms, might be the adhesive but I'm not sure. I've developed very bad blister on my skin at the edge of the tape. I'm not allergic to anything else (other than a mild pollen allergy in spring).

This tape was recommended by my physical therapist for my arthritic shoulder. When it is on, I feel well supported like a second set of muscles are holding my arm on. When I remove it, my arm feels heavy, painful and floppy, like it's not attached to my body. I leave the tape on for up to 3 days, then leave it off overnight to allow my skin to recover, although I have never experienced irritation, redness or itchiness from wearing the tape more than a day at a time. I'm so relieved to have something to help. I found great videos on you tube showing the best way to apply it for specific joints, muscles and areas of pain.

My bad, I didn't see the precut part. I wanted to try them because of price. I just applied one to my great toe, along the arch around the heel to relieve stress on that bunyan joint. Though it reached, the support feels softer than other brands I've tried. Update - the tape did not stick very long compared to Rock Tape. It came undone after about six hours rather than several days.
