Napoleon Rotisserie Shish-Kebab Skewer Set (64008), Medium

I looked at many of these from different manufacturers and the review for this one was excellent. It was easy to assemble the first time. As a matter of fact, I put it to use within a few hours of receiving it. My family loved the chicken kabobs that I put together. It was very easy to clean and takes up very little room to store. The biggest gripe with so many other items like this is that they fall apart during the cook and ruin the meal. Not so with this one. The skewers lock in solid. The craftmanship and materials are very high quality.

Firstly, everything about my Napoleon grill is amazing. This thing is a great addition. At first my wife was like " what the hell do you need that?!?!?" then I made lamb, chicken churassco stake, everything on it. and everything comes out PERFECTLY. It takes skewers on the barb to the next level. Just do it.

Got this for my Joetisserie. Seems well made, but the slots the kebabs fit into could stand to be a mm wider - very tight fit. For any other Kamado users out there looking at this, it will work on the big Kamado's, but if you are getting it for an 18" you will need to shorten the kebabs by an inch or inch and a half. I'll be shortening my kebabs.

Needed to do a little modification but otherwise using it for the 1st time tomorrow

I am using this on my Napoleon P500RSIB grill. Obviously it fits this grill and it's included rotisserie perfectly (sorry Joetisserie users). No problem with food sticking to the grates and having to open the grill to keep turning the skewers. Since the skewers are flat meat and veggies do not rotate on the skewers. Cleanup is a snap, just put the skewers and end plates in the dishwasher. The only complaint I have is that the slots to insert the skewers into the end plates are perfectly sized with no wiggle room. This makes it a little difficult to insert the skewers since they have to be perfectly straight. As some have noted on here a very small drill bit or tiny abrasive bit can open them up slightly.

An imbecile can make perfect kabobs with this. It’s amaze-balls. Ok, maybe it’s cause I have attention deficit. But, crank to 500 degrees and set to 30 mins. And perfection!!

Get ready to modify it Right Away to use first time. it seems pretty well made and best thing I got it about $10. dollars off. It shipped fast and after receiving it I took it all out of the box that open, crushed and looked like it was a return instead of a new box, I just wonder if the other person had gotten it and did like I did try finding a way to put it together which I stopped and read some more reviews and I'm not the only one that has the same exact problem won't fit into the slots and man try to squeeze the tips together to insert them into the plate slots. Even my wife tried helping but when the slots are punched out wrong from the factory you're not going to get it to work so now send it back or do as others modify the plates. Buy at your own risk.
