Roll out mat that looks great!
This is the second garage I've set up with a parking pad with mats from this company and just like the first time it was so very easy.I keep my garage at about 60F degrees minimum and ran a dehumidifier in the space for months to fully dry out the concrete pad before putting this down. Over those months I have mopped, vacuumed, and sealed various cracks in the flooring. When the mats arrived (in December wet cold weather), I let them sit wrapped in the garage for a few hours to warm them. With them off to the side I vacuumed the floor twice, then rolled out the flooring.I had already set my storage racks 17ft and 6 inches away from the garage door, and with the mats 3 inches away from the garage door threshold I figured I would have 3 inches front and back and a foot off to the right to allow for expansion in warmer weather. However I was surprised and ultimately pleased to find that the manufacturer cut both mats slightly longer and wider than they advertised. One as shown in one of my pictures is 17ft 3 inches while the other is 17ft 2 inches. I didn't measure the width since some variance there was not an issue with my installation. The extra length fit my space even better than anticipated and I still didn't have to do any cutting other than a small spot where I don't want expansion to push the matting against a shelf support.I partially overlapped the mats rather than cutting which is against the manufacturer recommendation. I had three overlapping mats in my last garage and never had an issue with them.An edge piece from the same company was used. After a week of settling I'll apply edges to the left and right.Looking forward to hand washing my car in my warm garage and keeping winter slush and crud contained. With ribbed mats like these I use cheap shag mats flipped shag down to sop up the admittedly small amount of run off from my compact car.I will revisit this review in the summer when the pad expands.

Perfect water channel
Product channels water from snow melting off a tractor used for snow removal to the drain when parked in the barn without damaging the epoxy floor.

I bought one of these two years ago. Cleaned it up and it looks like the day I put it down aside from a little sun fade near the open end of the garage. Its had everything you can imagine spilled on it, a lot of it stays there for weeks until I clean it up. Even resisted brake fluid for 15 min and that stuff will take the paint right off your car and dissolve rubber. It's heavy - that's a good thing and it lays right down. For me it was flat 24 hours later at the edges, but it was summer. It hasn't needed any sort of tape or screws to keep it flat since.I find it hard to slip on if you're aware that its not as grippy as sandpaper when wet. Speaking of wet, the salt and snow that drips off the car gets caught by the ribs and since my garage, like most all do, has an include toward the door, drains out the garage. It has enough salt in it to not freeze once it gets outside the garage, though if your area uses sand, be aware of this.It cleans right up with some soap and this broom-like cleaning brush and a rinse. I reject the few negative reviews that say its hard to clean or does not resist spills. They're just not using the right tools and I've spilled everything a car can have it (Ford engines will puke everything if you give them time) and it hasn't warped or stained.

Does the job.
So far it’s doing what I wanted, which is preventing hot tire pickup of my finished floor. Only problem is that after about a month it’s curling very slightly on the short edges which would be the front and back. Not enough of an issue to warrant taping it down unless I start tripping over it. Product is softer than I expected but plenty thick enough.

Quality Product!
Great product! So easy to clean! I bought two for my stand alone workshop/storage building. I put it down in mid March (avg 40-60 degrees) and it relaxed enough within a few days to be acceptable. It took about a month to totally “relax” so you need to have patience. Would I recommend? Yes... I just bought two more thicker diamond pattern ones for my main garage. They relaxed within a short period of time and were usable right away.

It’s a perfect size and looks great.
I like everything about it. It lies under our golf cart and keeps my newly surfaced garage floor stain free.
