Turned out just as I imagined. They are a little bulky but they're also inexpensive at £17 at the time I bought these grey ones. 3kg each arm and its the perfect interim addition between my 38kg dumbbells and my 45kg dumbbells. Saves me paying out a fortune for 41kg dumbbells and their quality is of a good standard. Not sure on longevity yet but so far so good!

The are perrlfect for what I need them for. Excellent for weight training!However the velcro straps could be improved. They keep sliding about.I can't get the straps tight enough, they are very loose. But overall a good product foie it's intended use!

Excellent just the job for the purpose of knee exercises. Very pleased.

After wearing them couple of times one of them tore apart and the bag inside had a hole in it, I reported it to one of the Amazon advisers and he contacted the company letting them know about it to see if they would replace the item but I never heard from them.

Add these into your workout routine and feel those legs BURN! I also sometimes wear them when out power walking, just be careful when you walk as soon as you take them off, your legs won't feel like they belong to you!

I ordered the 2.5kg weight. From the very beginning I had a problem with these, as when I opened the package with a knife (as I usually do with packages), it sliced through the flimsy fabric in one of the weights - the weights had not been wrapped properly inside the parcel and were floating around. This also exposed the cheap insides of the weights - it's just very fine dark sand/rocks put inside a clear plastic packet. There's no foam or anything. I sewed the fabric up, but I expect it to tear eventually as it's so thin and poor quality.I could live with the fabric issue if it wasn't for the poor design. These are incredibly bulky and the flimsy straps can't support the weight. They fall down my ankles when in use, and have chafed my skin. These are just really cheap quality and are unusable, and will end up in the bin. Complete waste of money.

Got these for my ankles and wrist. Although when it says writs strap the weights do not stay on the arms at all. But are good for the legs. Don’t know how long they will last. But they look quite durable.
