I was skeptical about doing Apple cider vinegar in capsule form. I didn’t think it would be as legit.I have always had issues with being “regular” and do have to take something daily to help me out with it. The problem with that is it’s so unpredictable and I would never be able to have a normal schedule so it would be hard to tell when the urge would hit me.Ever since I started taking these capsules, I will take 2 first thing in the morning and within 30 min, they work!! I have been able to maintain this schedule ever since starting.I do still take other stuff to help but I am considering trying to taper off that stuff to see if these will still do the trick. I do take them a couple more times during the day before meals on an empty stomach bc I heard that taking them with or after a meal can slow down digestion. They do not have the same effect as in the morning consistently but sometimes they do help me go a second time.Another major perk of these have been that I have lost 5 lbs since starting without change g my diet drastically. I have been walking more since the weather is nice but before that I have equipment at home I was using and did not have the same results. I lost a lot of weight a year or so ago but this last year I have hit a brick wall. These seemed to help with breaking through that 🤷🏻‍♀️ it’s still kinda soon to telll if this will continue but I know I will continue to take these!! Definitely recommend!

I am not one to leave a review on much but I thought this could actually help someone. Four years ago at the age of 37 I had my first gout attack. I am very active male with what I would say is a high pain tolerance but if you've had gout before you know what I mean when I say ouch. Bad deal.
