Very Light Cleanse
This was a very light cleanse, as it merely helped "bulk up" my bowel movements with a little extra fiber. I neither felt "cleansed" nor incredibly relieved.This will probably help if you are irregular or constipated, and it won't send you barreling towards the bathroom at random times. But if you are hoping to dislodge forty years of Cheetos from your colon, this won't do it.

Waste of money.
This does not work. I do a cleanse every year (the one I have done for 5 years is $80) and I thought maybe I can save a buck. I read all the reviews on this and decided to give it a try. What a joke. It is nowhere as good as my regular cleanse. This did nothing for me. My wife also tried and she thought the same. No joy. I think people who have never done a real cleanse try this and the placebo effect takes over. For anyone who knows what a real cleanse is, this is a waste of money. You have been warned.

Highly recommend.
I really liked using this. I didn't have anymore bloating or bowel problems. You do have to eat something in order for it to work. I have limited mobility so i just did 1 twice a day & worked great. I wished i hadn't ran out. Now buying another bottle.
