POLENTA TRDTNL

San Gennaro makes a very good Polenta.

I have used this brand before and it is great. However, the item I received was dry and crumbled when used.

I really enjoyed this. Coming from an Italian family I was hesitant, but I have an ulcer that has limited my food choices. This was a delicious option that was so easy to prepare! I will buy again!

The package says 1/2" slices, but thinner slices are better for making a kind of "chip" out of them.

So, maybe you need to like polenta before you try it!!! I am sure this is a great product, I just disnt like the taste.

Wonderful polenta to be used for Italian dishes. i think this is a great product to keep on hand at all times. I love the taste and the convenience. You can make so many great italian specialties with this polenta.
