these sticks are perfect for beefing up a cpu that needs an extra push. used to lag a bit when put to the test, but now i'm able to run OBS for streaming on twitch, with internet/hd for visuals and ableton for sound which turns out smoothly after the RAM upgrade (from 8gb to just 16gb. ya i could have got 32gb but i read somewhere that this motherboard isn't up to par so it's a bit of a waste DOUBLE CHECK YOURS). this is on a ASUS TUF Gaming FX505DT with a Ryzen 7 and i've still yet to tinker with overclocking. like i said, worth it

I installed TL replace 1 stick of 16GB ram to dual channel. Functionality and frames and ability to multitask increased. Very happy with the result.

Acceptable, arrived on time, the bad thing about this memory is that it runs at 2400mhz from factory, overall very good.

It’s great! But do your homework before you purchase two, I have a 4 year old high end laptop with separate gpu for engineering (and gaming) so thought I’d toss in 16gb...wouldn’t start. Max of 12gb so only utilizing one of the two sticks, slightly faster than the original 2300 tho. Can’t complain, was my fault.

Come sempre Amazon è una garanzia: il prodotto è arrivato in 24 ore, il tempo previsto per la consegna. Appena arrivate ho subito montato le RAM, DDR4 - 2666 cl16, che sono state prontamente riconosciute dal Sistema (nel mio caso un ASUS Vivobook Pro N580GD), ovviamente al primo avvio il BIOS ha dovuto ragionare qualche secondo. Sottoposte a vari stress test, al Gaming e, infine, ad editing su Camera Raw di 296 foto in una sola volta, il PC si è comportato benissimo. Il miglioramento è evidente anche perchè venivo da 8gb ddr4-2400 cl19, e avendo preso il bundle da 2x 8gb ora lavoro anche in dual-channel. Nel mio caso specifico non sono riuscito a sfruttare il profilo XMP 2666mhz, pertanto sto lavorando al momento con il profilo XMP a 2400 mhz. Pagate 75 euro, il rapporto qualità prezzo si attesta sul buono. Una decina di euro in meno penso sia un prezzo più corretto. Aggiornerò la recensione qualora ci dovessero essere novità.

As others have noted, this ram will only run at 2666MHz (or above) if your motherboard supports XMP profiles or allows for manual overclocking. The embedded JEDEC profiles (supported by all motherboards) will only allow up to 2400MHz. If your motherboard supports 2666MHz and XMP, then this will run nicely at 2666MHz CL16. If your motherboard supports overclocking, then this should easily reach 3200MHz-plus. I purchased this ram for an Asrock A300 DeskMini which allows memory overclock. Combined with a Ryzen 3200G I was easily able to run dual-channel @ 3200MHz CL16 1T. The PC would load Windows up until 3400MHz, but timings had to be increased drastically to CL22, which made it slower within benchmarks. Increasing RAM speed from 2666MHz to 3200MHz provides a very nice speed bump for Ryzen APU's. Graphics-based benchmarks all increased by 15-20%. FPS within games showed similar jumps due to Vega8/11 APU's being memory-limited. I highly recommend this RAM - so long as your system supports XMP profiles and/or overclocking. If not, then this will max out at 2400MHz (which will make it pretty average for the price). For anyone interested, the IC's on this RAM are Micron D-Die. The same IC's are used for Crucial 3200MHz DDR4 SODIMM's.

It was easy to install and it delivers as promised

It is just 2400mhz for my laptop. HP Pavilion 15 gaming 2018 edition. But still is not that bad speed. and upgrading from 8 to 16 ram is a big difference in your machine.
