Worked perfectly on an antique dresser. Needed hide glue as that was recommended. Clamped overnight. Was glad to find it!

Easy to use, great open-time, joints slid together beautifully, cleaned up effortlessly, and set up rock-solid. Keep your joinery tight; the glue works best if there are no gaps to fill. Store it in the fridge for longer life.

Great glue for woodworking, reversible and strong, plus long open time. Only negative is joints must be tight and clamped for about 24 hours. One great positive that modern adhesives lack is that hide glue sticks to itself, so it is absolutely great for repairing a failed joint in an old or antique piece.

This stuff isn’t easy to find but I needed it to glue the bisque head of an antique doll to its kid leather body. When repairing antique dolls it’s important to use the original products that were used to make them in the first place. I was so pleased to be able to find this product.

Honestly, it's my favorite wood glue to use. Now it takes a while for it to cure all the way, but it's worth it. Holds really well, doesn't dry too fast so if you mess up a joint you can take it apart. Heating it beforehand isn't that hard (put it in a glass of hot water). The only downside is the price. It's much cheaper on other sites, but you have to pay for shipping.

Works like white glue. Dries clear. Good for primitive arrow heads.
