Easy to use

I used a less expensive version of the descaler and it didn't restore the flow like the Nespresso brand descaler. I ran the Nespresso after using the off brand and it not only removed a lot of residue but it also restored the flow for a speedy cup.

I have bought an off brand descaler more than once hoping a “cheap” option would work as well as this but they don’t, definitely stick with this name brand and get these to descale your machine, works great every time!

I have used a couple of different descale agents and this seems to be the best one. The process to descale the machine is not simple and requires following multiple steps and spending almost 45 minutes for the whole process to run through. You don’t need to sit there while it happens but it’s very important to follow the instructions closely. After descaling the machine you can make hundreds of cups of coffee before you need to repeat the process.

The descaling works great. It cleans the machine and it’s odorless and tasteless. I would suggest you run the water cycle twice if you don’t want your wife to give you a look. Men be sure that the red/green light turns off after you have D scale the machine. Overall, I think it’s a great product. It’s a Nespresso product which I think it’s very reliable.

Most difficult part was making my nespresso machine to descaling function. The manufacturer really didnot explained how to make descale mode.I ve learned that u tube didn't work either,But to turn on the machine first and plug in the descaling part second would did the trick
