This is one piece of junk... Buyer beware... Amazon took care of me on this but the company tried to stick me with this unit.. Beware... Beware.... cheaply made and worthless..

This Air conditioner is not as pictured, it is of poor quality, does not cool or heat good at all. You will be out money for shipping, receiving it and returning it!

NOT A GOOD BUY
Great customer service but don't like the unit. Kinetic customer service replace the unit since I was pass the return date. This is a 10500 BTU air conditioner that run constantly and need a generator connected or shore power. Remote control have Asia lettering and unable to set time or switch from Celsius to Fahrenheit (°C to °F). Ran all day, at peak heat of the day it felt like a fan blowing heat. Inside unit restrict air flow with a dead zone directly below unit.
