SAMSUNG75-inch Class The Frame Customizable Bezel - Beige (SCFT75BE/ZA, 2020 Model) (VG-SCFT75BE/ZA)

It’s a great addition to the TV but I can’t believe it’s so expensive after paying a few thousand for the TV itself. I expected the frame to be thicker so it would look more realistic but it’s really so thin you can barely tell it’s on the TV

I would have used a picture from Art of Frames but the power button is in the way. Way over priced but it looks nice on my 32 Frame TV.

I purchased this with "The Frame TV." This "customizable frame" is very poorly made and does not install on a wall mounted TV due to the depth of the "customizable frame." It is supposed to attach with magnets, have corner clips to hold the corners together, and 3 plugs that insert into the bottom of the frame. Here are the following issues:1. The depth of the "customizable frame" pushes against the wall resulting in the magnets pushing off of the TV and the "customizable frame" having gaps around the TV. A solution would be to put a spacer behind the TV so that it sits further off the wall, but that would defeat the purpose of how thin the TV is.2. The plugs that insert to the bottom are undersized, they just fall right out. There are 2 holes in the bottom of the TV that it seems that the plugs should insert into to hold the frame in place. Those holes do not line up with the holes in the bottom rail of the "customizable frame." If those clips worked then it may help the other issues.3. The material is very flimsy and feels like it would break at anytime.I would return this if I could, I just hadn't had time to install it since I purchased it and am past the return window from Amazon Prime. I contacted Samsung Customer support for help. I spent over 2 hours on the phone trying to get technical assistance. Each of the 4 times I got someone on the phone they put me on hold for to research the issue and then I was hung up in after 30 minutes.DO NOT BUY THIS "customizable frame!" It is a poorly designed product that does not work and is falsely advertised with how it "snaps" on quickly with magnets.

They’ll tell you it only works for the 2020 version of The Frame TV... I even reached out to Samsung’s customer service to ask if the 2020 Frame Bezel would work on my 2019 55” tv. They said no it would not. The 2019 bezel is no where to be found on the Internet. I was skeptical they would even bring it back in stock since it’s an older model now, so I ordered this from Amazon to try for myself. It works on my 2019 tv y’all! Even the little black connectors and hole covers fit perfectly. See picture. It was very easy to snap on, and I love the elevated look of the beige frame. We debated on if the additional bezel was worth it because it isn’t cheap, but in my opinion it disguises the tv even more - which is the main reason we went with The Frame tv in the first place. Hope this helps if you’re in the same boat I was with an older model!

Got the bezel for my 32" FRAME TV, and yes the bezel is a must to have that "picture frame" look. Though its fairly thin in width it definitely adds a dimension to the overall look, making it look less like a TV and more like framed artwork.My only gripe was that the Platinum bezel is more like black / super duper dark gray, and I wanted a more silver / light gray color to match my other art. Otherwise, it still looks like a TV... So since I didn't want white or any other color, I decided to paint it myself with an "Aluminum Metallic" spray paint, it was super easy and the end result was better than I expected. I am in no way skilled at painting anything but spray painting it was a piece of cake and now it looks like it originally came in Silver and wasn't a DIY home makeover. I attached a pic which doesn't do it justice but hopefully you can see the difference.Just wanted to share this review in case anyone was planning on the Platinum color. It doesn't look like the color you see online when ordering and choosing colors, so just a heads up.Other than that, absolutely love it !!!Cheers from Orlando!

Plastic pieces fit perfectly and snap into place. Result is a more artwork frame versus a flatscreen display. Expensive, but does what it is advertised to do.

Love this!! Fits perfectly. Love that it’s magnetic and is it clips in. Really made our tv look so much better!

I like that this product was the perfect fit. Easy to apply and looks great. The only negative was it was delivered to the wrong house.

Note that this apparently doesn’t fit the 2018/2019 models nor the 2021/2022 models. They seem to keep changing the shape of the Frame TV!

Es un buen producto. Aunque wn realidad no hay mucha diferencia entre poner o no poner el marco. Uno.tiene q ser muy observador para notar la diferencia

Since everything is white in the house, I wanted a white frame to really "hide" the tv. It makes a huge difference when compared to the standard black frame. 5 minutes installation, very easy and no one could tell it is a a frame over the original tv. Art work looks so much better, especially when I add the matte effect. Looks awesome!
