Salt Rox Small Brining Egg, Pink

I got this for both myself and my culinary creative brother. We both have enjoyed using it. It does exactly what it says it will and saves lots of time and safety issues by being able to avoid any long-term brining process. As a professional marketer, I really got a kick out of the label itself too with the chicken and the turkey exclaiming "you put it where?!" I'll likely purchase the larger one for the turkey next.The only complaint I have though is that the storage container is flimsy. BOTH mine and my brother's arrived in two different states with the storage container lid broken to bits. It's not a deal breaker, but if you're going to go through the effort of providing a storage container for the egg, it would be nice if it could remain intact during shipping.

I was skeptical about this egg's claims but it really does result in a juicy, moist baked chicken. I followed instructions and did not add any seasoning to the chicken before baking. I did, however, bake it with the breast down which may have added to the moist breast meat.

Love my salt egg! The chicken cooks faster and is super juicy and flavorful!

I have used it twice and the chicken has been very tender each time. Works great.

I got this per a friends suggestion. It proved to be outstanding. We cooked a turkey that might be best ever.
