This volume develops its characters as individuals and as a team. Story keeps moving along in a perfect blend of adventure, drama, character-driven comedy, and a smattering of romance. Art complements the vibe perfectly and really brings out what each character is feeling and thinking - in other words, this book is ideal comics.While it is helpful to be familiar with the X-Men's universe before reading, it's not necessary. The book does a good enough job telling you everything you need to know and have a good time reading!

I love this! It feels like such a team book. It's a fun collection of X-characters with dynamic, interesting personalities and sub-plots, working together on a really interesting mission that explores the Krakoan status quo -- particularly that of the resurrection technology. The art is really colorful and skillfully done. Check out "X-Factor" -- you'll be glad you did!
