what metal is the combination lock portion made of? will it rust?

I’m not sure about the composition of the metal, but I can say I’ve used these to lock my two pwc’s to the dock lift on a freshwater lake. No apparent rust or corrosion visible. Locks work great!

Will cable fit through drain plug hole in kayak?

The diameter of the cable is 10mm. So as long as the drain plug is wider than 10mm, then the cable will pass through the drain plug.

How do i set the lock combination?

Instructions are in the package, you twist one end with it unlocked, set your combo, and twist the end back to set it.

How do I order a shorter length? I only seem to be able to order 25’ length.
