Ordered from Amazon as was removing an artex style kitchen ceiling finish. kit arrived next dayCritical to follow the instructionsBut it is very easy, register your kit online, complete the form and double bag the samples.Post it off (note, if you want guaranteed next day delivery to the lab, pay the extra, mine took three days to get there first class, but I wasn't in a rush and that's on royal mail)They notify you by email and text when they receive the sample, and then you get an emailed confirmation of the results with your report. Usually next day or you can pay extra for same day.I wasn't in a rush, didn't pay anything extra but very very happy with the quick turn around and the look of the report.Will definetley use them again if I have the need.

I received this kit very fast, very easy to use, I sent my sample by special delivery as I wanted it urgently,when the lab received it they told me they received it, I got an answer back the same day, no asbestos, it put my mind at rest. recommended company.

This is a really great way to test for asbestos. A quick, accurate service.

Had to check our kitchen ceiling (artex) for asbestos. I took 4 samples but they were considered one sample as per the instructions. Instructions were clear although I had to google the size of the sample as I didn't see this mentioned in the instructions. Google said something the size of a 50p piece. Had to cut into the plasterboard to ensure the artex stayed on the sample. Sent the samples off and results came back the next day once they had arrived at the lab. If you need samples back quickly then maybe send recorded delivery. Mine got held up a bit in the Christmas post getting to the lab. Excellent service all round.

I unfortunately used this over a bank holiday weekend so can't comment on the speed, although I will say that it arrived (as I did it signed-for) early on the Tuesday and wasn't ready until almost wednesday evening.Kit was fine, was fairly confident it wasn't asbestos anyway so didn't go for the PPE kit. Easy instructions, although they don't really specify a sample size/weight limit for the sample, I just guessed a "as long as it fits in the bag".Report was clear, certificate was provided, emailed and SMS'd.I would reccommend over an independant and costly in-person check if all you want is validation

The process was a little convoluted but nothing too difficult, you have to pre-register online and then re-add that information to the form you send off. Removing a few steps might be good for speeding up the process.That aside, the results arrived on time and allowed us to safely get on with renovations.

I found old boards in my loft and decided to have them tested. The process was easy and quick. The only bad thing was that Royal Mail took a week to deliver the samples, but that is not down to this company, just something to be aware of. When they got the samples, they sent me a text, and a few hours later, we got the results. Good comms, good reliable service.
