I have tried this brand of NMN for almost 2 weeks as well as Double Wood and AlphFit in the past. Ultra Health NMN was the best, Alphafit was second best. I think the difference is in Ultra Healths +99% purity. I take 4 Ultra Health NMN caps 3 days in a row. I cycle it with Ultra Health NIcotinamide roboside (NR) which I take 4 pills every 3 days before NMN, and then one day off from both. This NMN smoothed my skin dramatically in 10 days than any other brand (which I also used after taking NR). Unkike other NMN suppliers this brand made me feel more creative. It also gave me the mental boost I got with AlphaFit brand, but not in a jittery overactive way. With Ultrahealth my mental energy was not hyperactive. This means it is definitely crossing the blood brain barrier. My blood sugar seems to have improved because my desire for sweets is much reduced. however I recommend not taking more than 4 Ultrahealth NMN caps a day. i once tried 8 of them on one day and had terrible insomnia. This did not happen with Alphafit NMN. I think this was because Ultrahealth is more bioavailable and purer. That’s good, just watch the dosage. I will keep using UltraHealth because of the guaranteed +99% purity and because I am suspicious of the purity of NMN brands that cheaper than UltraHealth, Alphafit and DoubleWood.
