I was looking for a reasonable priced stainless steel peel for my OONI pizza oven. It handles the pizzas flawlessly and cleans up in jiffy. I would definitely recommend this peel. Its sturdy and I feel confident it will last.

At first had some trouble trying to get the pizza dough off the peel onto the pizza stone to bake but I Found that sprinkling a handful of corn meal on the peel and then putting the pizza on it allows it slides it off so much easier when trying to put it in the oven. To get the pizza out the oven, it is a breeze
