Good resistance
These are good resistance bands for working out. You don't have to worry about them rolling up like the normal resistance bands. The only thing I don't like is the size difference between the S/M bands to the large bands.

I received my package in great timing. Fast delivery!! I’m real girly so I got it because of all the pink and black and the writing on the bag matched the pamphlet and the bands. What I got is the right color bands but no logo on the bag and a lil folded paper with instruction by Tazk Health. I just wish the bag said Booty Elite Bands too. Thank you guys be safe out here.

These are nice they keep their elasticity so far since purchase. Helps w my squats! Good price too.

Start with lowest weight and work your way up
I absolutely love this product I am constantly doing yoga and I am in my weight gain journey. So these bands are really amazing with the weight consistency and the comfort. They don’t roll up very thick kind of like sweater material. Definitely recommend this if you are looking to build your dream body!
