I will see what my next lab tests show in terms of my blood sugar (A1C in particular) to know for sure, but so far so good! I have bought more since that first bottle because I don't want to run out!

I first bought it in November 2020 filled by Amazon and I have bought Serrazimes from Swanson. At the time my blood pressure and my blood sugar went up to the roof A1C 8.9 . I took 2 capsules of each , the next day I checked my BP it was 114/59 and BS was down also . At first I thought was the Serrazimes but when the lipoic acid was over my BP went back up again since I take a lot of supplements sometimes I do not really know which one is working. I've just got it back from amazon after the first dose the next morning I checked my BP 125/64. In January 27th My A1C went down to 6.7. So far I have been on NaRALA R-LIPOIC ACID, K2 Menatetrenone and I have a plan to buy 2 more from Relentless . Relentless Brand is not cheap at all but great staff.
