I like it, big and efficient

After one year and one month of use, our freezers condenser fan stopped working. I contacted Arctic Air about the issue and they rudely informed me that my warranty was void because it is in a residence. I never saw this in the description or I wouldn't have bought it, of course. I went back and looked on Amazon and I still didn't see it until I found the "Warranty Description" area under the product description heading. Who ever heard of anything like this! What a joke! I really liked the freezer to this point, but I can't afford to fix it every year. JUNK!

had problems with shipper.. had to adjust door switch to get fans to work, now works excellent. if it wasnt for covid and a shortage of freezers, I would have returned because they lied about size.. the real size is about 39 cubic feet.works great. looks great. louder than i would like but its in the garage. but dam cold. still think its a good freezer for price. would recommend but be aware of size. it has heaters around door to stop freezing. thats nice. it sucks air out after you close the door. impressive really. people are impressed by it

I like my new freezer, but I was disappointed that it had a nice size dent in it (right in the front). I didn't expect such a costly item to be somewhat damaged.
