Super delicious.
I brown dried onions with a little olive oil. Add a little water and simmer for 10 minutes. All in the microwave. The best beans ever. Better than any restaurant. Low fat, delicious and nutritious. Great side dish or main course with feta cheese and large cruttons.Also fabulous for Chinese chicken in bean sauce and Brazilian bean soup.
