Made my purchase from Amazon Warehouse in "Used – Very Good" condition. Frankly I cannot find a single flaw on the product itself and the original packaging is absolutely pristine. The only thing missing is the Quick Start Guide, which was probably just a small, thin accordian-folded overview of basic features that most mobile gamers wouldn't even glance at. The lack of this one component is ineffectual for me because this product is straightforward plug-and-play.The Qi-enabled magnetic removable battery charger isn't nearly as bulky as I was expecting. It quickly attaches and detaches from the main body with ease – no buttons or clasps to bother with. Four small indicator lights on the battery pack indicate the current charge level. If the battery pack is detached the handheld unit can still be used to charge my phone during gameplay (via USB-C port on top of the main body). My Galaxy S10+ is in a low-profile Qi-compatible Spigen case and I haven't experienced any charging deficiencies while my phone case is on. The hand grips are super comfortable, and their full rounded shape relieves hand strain when my game sessions run long. When I was comparing different types of mobile gaming grips before this purchase I learned that I didn't need an expensive full-featured mobile gaming controller – you know, the ones that look like an X-Box controller on steroids. I also didn't want a cheap piece of junk. The ChargePlay Clutch has proved to be a sleek, solidly constructed mid-priced mobile gaming accessory that I'm very, very happy with. It's most assuredly not going to be one of those gadgets I use for 2 weeks and then toss into the forgotten realms of the basement closet. This is a quality item that I envision will be used for years to come.

I like this grip. Very high quality feeling product and weighty to feel like a real Xbox or ps4 controller weight wise. My issue is it goes deep, so I use a note 10 plus, and when I put it in this grip, my phone goes deep so the corners of the grip blocks the left and right edges of the screen. Hard to explain but basically depth wise it's too big for most phones iphone or Samsung. Didn't charge my phone really and battery doesn't last super long. I mainly got it to use as a grip. I do still recommend it.

Absolutely amazing product. As an old-school PC gamer turned into semi-pro mobile gaming (weird, right?) This allows me to control my games like Mobile Legends and Call of Duty Mobile on the go. Fits my OnePlus 7T perfectly and instead of getting hand cramps, I control better, perform better, win better. Unlike all the other terrible offerings that say they will "fit" and work, this product is simply a no-nonsense approach to mobile gaming and is absolutely essential to any gamer out there that wants to take care of bidness on the go.Absolutely a 5/5 product, and thats just the holder. The battery supports qi wireless charging if your device supports it from the magnetic removable 3000mah charging battery for on the go gaming, which doubles also as a portable charger. I love this aspect of it, and even though I dont have a wireless charging device, it supports usb-c input/output for charging on the go as well.Get this product, best well-made accessory available for mobile phone gaming. You won't regret it, I'm even going to gift these for friends once the holidays come up.

Changed from 2 STAR review to 5 STARS. Originally rated 2 STARS because chargeplay clutch charging mechanism arrived defective and would not charge my Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ for more than 1-2% before shutting down. At first I believed the battery portion was at low charge so I charged it until all 4 lights appeared full but still did not fix the issue. Then I tested it on a different phone, a Samsung Galaxy Note 8, but once again did shut down, aka "wireless charging paused". Because I love the controller grip portion so much I was eager to find out where the problem stood so I ordered a second HyperX Chargeplay Clutch and what do you know? It works like a charm!That is why I felt compelled to comeback and erase my negative comment about my original experience because this product deserves a flat out 5 out of 5 STARS! It is light weight but solid enough to withstand a hard drop and lite enough to hold over your face while playing. There are entries on the side that allow you to plug your earphones/headphones and/or charger while holding your phone or you can plug your charger into the controller itself to activate wireless charging from the charger vs the battery. I could go on and on about this product but bottom line is that its worth every penny for such high quality controller grip. I AM NOT SPONSORED BY HYPERX I am just very happy that I finally found a product that wont break after 2 uses.

I looked long and hard for a grip that has better build quality than all those cheap grips you'll see out there. This is it. At first, I had a hard time accepting the extra cost due to the battery, but it has already come in handy a few times. I do wish it was a little less bulky and more pocketable, but then it wouldn't be as comfortable to hold.

I originally bought this to use with my Samsung S9 Plus and it worked just fine. Here's what you need to know after I've used it for a while.It's got a battery pack that attaches to the back of the mount. Batteries add extra weight. Don't expect to use this thing lying in bed and be able to comfortably hold it for long.However, It's easy to use when sitting down at a table, in an armchair, on a plane, and for some of us: while on the toilet.Wirelessly charge your phone while playing games on it with handles attached! No wires to hassle with!Other uses: Take the battery off and use it as a battery to charge other gadgets!Happy gaming where ever you choose to game!

Sincerely a must have product for hard core mobile gamer. Love it.

Battery life is very poor a 3000 milliamp battery and it keeps kicking me off charge.

Strong plastic and does its job well, however it's not worth the price. The wireless charging heats up my phone while gaming, handle grip is alittle big for my hands, heavy after long periods of gaming, the controller moves around the edges of my phone when using gyroscope in game like pubg mobile, very bulky.
