Well, the product itself was exactly as advertised. It's grout in a bucket, and was the right color.One thing I do want to point out was the packaging. So, I ordered this product in the winter. I'm not home during the day and was hopeful this product would be delivered while I happened to be there so it wouldn't freeze on my porch. Well, I wasn't home when they delivered it but all turned out well. The buckets were first wrapped in shrink wrap to keep the lids on and contain any spills. Then they were wrapped in an insulating foam. Then they were shrink wrapped again. Once inside the box, they were surrounded by packing peanuts. I can't imagine even the roughest delivery person being able to damage the product. I was seriously impressed with the care they took in packaging. It was a refreshing change of pace!
