Gladiator30" Solid Shelf, GAWA30SF

This is a nice, sturdy shelf and can hold a lot of stuff. Functionally, I'm very pleased with it. As for the color, the white color coating could be a little thicker in spots as some of the grey/steel color bleeds through. The packaging on this Gladiator item has the same issue as many of the cabinets and shelves from them, it is not sufficient to always protect the product. I bought 2 of these and one has a couple small dents/dings in it. They aren't large enough or noticeable enough to go through the hassle of a return, but they are there. The other shelf has no damage.

If you have a Gladiator garage, these shelves are a must have. Do not even bother with the 24" wire shelf versions. Those are weak and start sagging with even a little bit of weight on them. Get these instead. They are very sturdy, high quality, and look awesome. They come fully welded, no assembly needed. Just take them out of the box and hang them on a gear wall panel or gear track channel and you're done. It takes literally only seconds to complete. I will definitely be buying more of these and the 48" version as well.

This is a great shelf!PRICEI bought it when it was at a great price of twenty bucks so my review is based on it at that price. If I could, I would buy several more at that price! However, at the typical prices, I'm happy holding off until it goes back to the lower price. Is it worth the higher price? Probably. But I am not in a big need right now - I tend to buy my Gladiator gear when it goes on sale. If I was all of a sudden in need, I would buy more of these at the higher price.QUALITYThis shelf is a very sturdy shelf. The photo makes it seem kinda small. It's 30" long - nearly 3 foot. There's nothing small about this shelf. Plus, the white looks pretty snazzy! For some, they might prefer a different color (especially in a garage). However, this white is PERFECT for a laundry room or indoor workshop!The shelf, when snapped into the track, is very sturdy/stable/solid. It's the same quality you've come to expect from all of the other great Gladiator products. There are a couple duds out there - this is certainly NOT one of them.

Great shelf. I had some fears that it wouldn't be able to hold much weight but once I got it up on the Geartrack it was very sturdy and my fears of it falling were quickly gone. I have the 48" shelf which is also a great shelf but it needs to use up the whole track. Using this one actually opens up your opens as to what to place on a single track giving you better flexibly if you are using a single track in a tighter spot of you garage.

This requires no assembly, which is nice. I have bought many, and some seem to have the "lip" that catches onto the gear wall bent differently, such that they tilt slightly up or down compared to the others. The "normal" shelves will line up perfectly when placed in the same spot, so I know it is not due to the gear track or wall installation variation. It seems very sturdy.

The quality of these shelves garbage now. I have some I purchased 5-6yrs ago and they are thicker gauge metal. The welding is subpar on the new ones and the color is not the same either. Don't order these thinking they'll match existing gladiator shelves you might have.

My garage looks so much better after I moved some medium duty tools that I don't frequently use (torque wrench, corded drill, sawzall) from my workbench to these shelves above my workbench. The shelves look awesome, are very sturdy, and don't shift around. I had no problem attaching the shelves to the wall mount strip.I'm very happy with this product.
