Power Putty-Soft/med

Love the green putty...it's TOUGH! But with practice it becomes easier to manipulate. Be warned the green putty leaves green color on your hands. This too gets better w/time but user should know. I have the blue putty too--medium difficulty-- and that one did not leave blue on my hands.

The box this came to me in (not the amazon box) looked like it had been ran over by a car. But other than that the product works great! I had to buy it for my dental hygiene program and it definitely does what it’s supposed to!

This putty seems to be improving the mobility/flexibility of my hand after surgery. I enjoy using it. I would recommend the soft/med consistency as it gives enough resistance without being too difficult to manipulate. Love the hand that keeps it clean and stored.

I bought this to exercise my right forearm after a tennis injury. It works well. The only feedback is that the picture shows the container as silver and it’s actually clear plastic.

I sprained my wrist and used this to get my strength back. I also saw a physical therapist. The majority of my healing came from professional tools with the physical therapist but this helped as well at work.

I have had mine for over 10 years after a friend told me about it. Bought the most recent as a gift for grandson who plays sports and musical instruments. Helps strengthen hand, finger, wrist, and forearms. Also good for people with arthritis.

It turns your hands green after using the putty for a bit. After it beats in your hand it looses its resistance.
