This hardcover book is beautifully illustrated, to identify unknown plants and minerals. There is a description along with each picture that explains what it is used for. There is a page reference where they give more information on each item. I would still recommend you speak to your healthcare provider for interactions with prescribed meds. But, I find the information fascinating and essential to my continued studies of natural cures.I paid full price for this item and was not compensated in any way for my honest review.

Love this book! It is also a very handy resource if you pair with The Complete Medicinal Herbal by Penelope Ody.
