I was thrilled to find a decently priced thermometer that works as described! The local grocers & drugstores, because of the pandemic, were pricing even basic thermometers way too high, so I gave this one a shot & never looked back. Quite impressed!

Pretty easy to use.Pretty simple to use and has been accurate so far as far as I can tell. It reads 98.6 most of the time on the forehead. I've tried behind the ear, inside the mouth, armpit, and a few other places and they all seem accurate. The highest temp I've seen it read is 100.2 when I was radiating warmth on a hot day after working hard which I confirmed with another thermometer at 100.4. Within .2 degrees is reasonable accuracy. Not sick tho.I like that it can show you previous temps, like that it came with batteries, and I like that its fast and simple to use. I don't like that it beeps so much, but thats a small complaint. In fact, it beeped a bunch to warn me of a fever on the 100.2 reading, which is good I guess, so it can be used at night but might wake up a sleeping "patient" unnecessarily. The display is easy to read even in the dark. It seems well built and should last for at least several years I'd hope. Overall I'd say its a 5* device in my book.

I assume that the accuracy is as little or as much of an issue as with basically all other contactless thermometers, as there are usually many companies that use sensors provided by few manufacturers.The big simple display and one-button design is great (fewer buttons means less can break), although it's not fully intuitive; for some functionality I did to peek at need the manual. Perfect design needs no manual.It's a lightweight device that uses much less space in your travel bag than many of the "fever guns" I see on the market.I wish that temperatures outside the range were displayed instead of just "Lo" and "Hi" - such measured temperatures can be looked up by using the memory feature only – why..? The temp could simply flash and alternate with Hi/Lo and maybe also "El" for elevated temp warning. Also, for that price I think including a little case to keep/travel would be appropriate.All that said, by and large we're happy with this handy little fellow – a must-have device in this day and age.

It told me I had a fever. It was right. Easy to use and accurate.
