Solid product
I purchased a inexpensive pair of cycling shoes. I decided to switch out the cleats. The Shimano‘s have far out out worked the previous cleats better to unlock and hook in and out of. I ride hard and they are withstanding everything I throw at them!

Did not come with all pieces, already used and box was taped closed
When I got the package it was missing parts. The box was totally different from the one part that I did get. Everything looked used and the parts had scratches all over them the box was already opened and had tape keeping it closed. Not happy with this purchase at all and was missing almost all of the pieces pictured.

Calas perfectas para pedales Shimano
Que decir de los productos Shimano, calidad, calidad y calidad. Si los pedales de tu bici són Shimano no te compliques con los compatibles, cuestan meter y sacar. Poner las calas de Shimano y todo vuelve a ir suave, cogen a la primera y para sacar la zapatilla del pedal con un movimiento lateral saltan sin problemas.

No plates received
The SPD cleats and screws arrived, but no counter plates were received. The description and the photos clearly indicate that the counter plates are part of the order. Apparently that was a lie. Now to go through the hassle of returning these. You can get SPDs for cheaper. If you need a set with counter plates, absolutely avoid buying these ones or you'll get duped.
