I struggled finding a good vitamin for my two cats. My largest 30 pounds and it’s a mix between a nebulung and a Maine coon. My second cat is an 8 poundBombay mix. I purchased both of these cats at a shelter and they already had health issues specifically Colds in their eyes. Being in shelters like that cats are going to catch colds but once they have a weak zone and they caught a cold they’ll continue to get a cold in that specific spot. In the case with the kittens that I adopt it was cold in their eyes and every year around that time of the year they’ll get that same cold in the same eye at the same time frame and usually during the winter time. So I purchased these vitamins to help eliminate and/or reduce the risk of or longevity of a cold and of course increase their eye health. I have had the cats on these vitamins for two months now. One of my cats, the Bombay, did get a cold in her eye. I upped the dosage on the vitamin and I gave her one small dose of 3 mL a penicillin.She was over the cold in her eye in three days. Her eyes were clear clean and no mucus drainage whatsoever. I did not even follow up with it a second antibiotic treatment. I would strongly recommend this vitamin to anybody who wants to improve their cats overall Eye and respiratory health. There ability to combat sicknesses By having this vitamin in their daily diet.Worth the investment.The pills are not easy to digestAs a whole and you do need to break them up but they are easy to break and they do smell like maple syrup. I have such well-behaved cats then I could break the pills up place it to the back of their throat and they will swallow with no trouble whatsoever.
