All good quality but the handle seems to be at the wrong angle to be able to sweep into it. Also I am only 5’2” and the pan and brush are a bit short.

This dustpan and brush looks really smart and good quality. However, in my opinion, the design, with it's covered pan area, prevents it from functioning very well. When used in the kitchen to pick up small bits of debris and dust the brush kept hitting against the 'cover' over the pan making it difficult to sweep the bits in. I tried it outside, to sweep up large areas of damp leaves from the path, and it worked really well. You can tilt the full pan upwards as you walk towards the bin. So definitely a 'NO' for the kitchen but fortunately will be useful outside. I need another one but will be returning to the plain, no-nonsense open pan design.

I searched everywhere for this as the high street, retail shops stopped selling it for a crapier version, the brush and tray is much better then most and they last years

I bought it to save my bad back because I can't bend. This is attratively designed, easy to 'park' and really smart - but not quite tall enoughfor me. I would like the brush to have been extendable by about 6 inches!.

The product is good and stands easily. The delivery box was way too big and with wasteful packaging. The brush had slightly 'kicked up' on one side but hopefully will go back to it's normal state after some use. I'm 36 weeks pregnant so this is perfect to sweep up crumbs from my tiled and laminate flooring and stands nicely in a cupboard or in the corner of my kitchen. My 5 year old can also use it!

For use in garden and indoors too x

Really good smart looking functional piece of kitArrived quickly and good packaging .I bought this as I have a bad back and thought it would be easier than squatting however , I’m 5.2 and still have to stoop to use it .Nothing to do with the product though ! Very good purchase and value for money

This was incomplete when delivered. Have complained but no reply and no dustpan handle. It’s a pity as the product was good apart from this. Would appreciate some action please.
