Decent quality for the price i defo think you coild get better quality for a lot more money but these do what is intended specially for a beginner or a pro just after a pump before going out . They do work but i wouldnt say u could build any muscle specially with the bands included . Good for fitness and strantching i suppose

Hice la primera serie, a la segunda se me partió uno de los agarres lo apañe como pude, me pongo a hacer la tercera serie y se me parte uno de los mosquetones de la goma faltando muy poco para darme en la cara, no lo recomiendo para nada el material es malísimo
