Product arrived defective and not working
I buy and use this product regularly. This is the second time that this product arrives, it just arrived Monday and I’ve only sprayed it once and it stops working, yet the can is completely full. What can you do about this???

My go to between salon visits
This is a great red color. It matches most reds well enough. Easy to use and easy clean up after if you miss a bit. It will stain your pillow cases etc. My only complaint is that the bottle is too small. I have health issues and sometimes don't see my stylist on a good regular schedule. This stuff saves me! It covers my grays so well and helps blend that harsh hair dye line. Make a bigger product! I would buy so much!

High quality product, low quality sprayer
R&Co used to have the best spray available. Now the nozzle is not regular and too difficult to control. Too much comes out, it drips on your hands face and sink. Disappointing after years of high quality!

Favorite Root Touch Up Spray
I have dark hair with pretty gray roots. This is my all-time favorite cover-up. It will last until the next wash and looks incredibly natural.
