Very comfortable and very versatile.
Arrived earlier than expected. Was fairly easy to assemble and came with a helpful guide. The chair is very comfortable. I was able to spend much more time sitting down on this chair than I have with my old one. It has some very nice adjustable parts. It also came with a very comfortable pillow.

Use this for work every day and I love it. Note that the chair doesn't go that low, so I had to heighten my desk by 2 inches.
