Fantastic tool!
I rebuild and upgrade carburetors from classic motorcycles, and frequently encounter stubborn JIS screws. To make matters worse, many times someone has used regular Phillips head screwdrivers on them. JIS is NOT a Phillips head screw! This tool gives me a convenient way to apply heavy pressure while turning the screws. In the 2 days since receiving it, I have disassembled 6 carburetors, and I am extremely pleased with this T-handle JIS screwdriver.

Great for old Japanese motorcycles.
If you've been working on an older Japanese bike and noticed a lot of rounded out Phillips screws, it's because they aren't Phillips, they're JIS. If you see a little dot on the head of the screw, it's JIS.It's very similar but features a blunted tip unlike the tapered tip of a Phillips. What this means is that a Phillips driver will work, but it will be much more likely to cam out. Having a set of JIS bits prevents this.Personally, I only found out about this after I had replaced many screw with standard ones from damage, but I still got this set to work on stuff I don't want to damage, like carburetor screws.T handle is nice and accepts any bits you might have so you'll probably end up using it a lot. Has bit holders on both sides of the handle for storage or to use for more leverage. Bits seem to be decent quality, haven't chipped any yet and they all fit nice.Overall a good set for the money. You'll find lots of cheaper options but they also have pretty bad reviews and most are just Phillips bits. This seems to be actual JIS.A must have for anyone who has or works on old Japanese motorcycles.

JIP Japanese Industry Standard. Wonder why some phillips head screws are so easy to strip out?
I have been in the electronics industry for over 40 years. I have seen more than my share of products from Japan. It wasn't until I stripped out yet another phillips head screw that I discovered I had a lack of information on what is known as JIP or Japanese Industry Standards. It seems in Japan the Phillips head screw has a different angle of how the blade fits into the head. It allows a deeper seating or better grip. If you go at a JIP Phillips head with a non-JIP screw driver you will often get it out but it will seem unusually difficult and often result in a stripped or partially stripped out head. I discovered this on a YouTube Video of a guy explaining why so many mechanics and techs end up with stripped out screw heads on everything form motorcycles to radios. This product solves that issue and the Tee Handle gives you plenty of torque without running the screw head in the process. If you work on any product from Japan this tool is a must have item. I only wish I had discovered this 40 years ago!! Well worth the price.

Stop Stripping Japanese Motorcycle Screws, Buy This!
The media could not be loaded. I own a 2019 Kawasaki Versys 1000 SE LT +, and I was going to use a Phillips screw driver to remove these Phillips screws on my airbox, bad idea. Almost all Japanese motorcycles had JIS, Japanese Industrial Standard screws, and you must use a JIS screwdriver if you don't want to strip the heads. JIS screw drivers will fit JIS and Phillips heads, but a Phillips screwdriver will not fit in a JIS head.If you own a Japanese vehicle that has screw drivers, buy this. You won't regret it! This is my first set of JIS screwdriver tool, and I don't know why I waited this long to buy one. As you can see from my photo and video, this tool fits perfectly and deep into the head of the JIS screws.

Really nice tool and affordable!
If you work on Japanese bikes you really need the JIS Phillips bits this tool comes with. They'll make your work go a lot easier over trying to force a #2 Phillips bit to do a job it was never made for.The T handle is great and the magnets in all 3 of the hex sockets on the tool hold the bits securely in the tool. Also adds to the handiness of the tool that you can basically carry 3 bits with you all the time.I have one of these I at work where I can carry a 1/8", 3/16" and a 1/4" allen bit, which fits every allen bolt on the machine without any diggin around for the bit I need, they're already IN the tool!

Fine but frustrating
This is a great combination for working with JIS fasteners, especially on Japanese carburetors. But, the fact that the bits can't be stored attached to the handle is really frustrating. Two little "clips" on the included bit holder, or a bit holder that's molded into the t-handle, and this would be a perfect tool.Knowing now that there is nothing 'special' about this set, it is clear to me this is not a good value. If this is really the set you want, buy the individual parts; as a set, this offers no advantage.

Excellent driver!
This is a very well build T-handle driver. It has magnets installed in all 3 bit sockets to hold the bits in place. I have used the included JIS bits on my Suzuki motorcycle and they fit the cross head (phillips) screws much better than the American phillips screwdrivers. I will buy more of this bits.

Quality tool!
This is a “must have” tool when working on vintage Japanese motorcycles. Breaks loose those stubborn screw threads that have not seen sunshine for 50 years! I find the combination of the T handle and grip of the proper JIS tip, allows ample torque to do the job. 👍

Good quality, recommend
I bought it to undo screws on a Honda casing. It is easy to find the right bit for the screw and easy to change bits. Very sturdy, quite a narrow handle but you can get a lot of force onto it. It works fine and the little holder helps you keep it all together for next time. Recommended.

Anyone who own the older Japanese motorcyles this is a must for your tool chest.
Quality piece of kit for the price, removes all JIS (Japaneses industrial screws) from my old gsxr 750 correctly.(Been standing in garage for 17 years) Fits nice and tight in screw heads and with the three points on the t bar to use allows you to get more leverage on the more stubborn ones. So far this has removed all four of the carburettor screws, cylinder boot screws and more. Would i buy another one? Sure would.

Didn't know how much I needed this
Didn't know how much I needed this until I got it. These JIS bits fit a lot of screws that aren't totally happy with Pozi or Phillips and ,although the bits are standard 6mm hex drive, the driver is a useful tool anyway. Very useful for Jap bikes and probably Euro too but I can't say for certain. If you have crosshead screws with a little dot on them, this fits

Top quality,value for money.
The tee bar JIS screw driver kit is excellent, feel’s good in the hand.l’ve already tried it out on my latest p’chase a Suzuki GT250 that has cross headed screws on all engine cases. The bit’s fit well in the screw heads, magnetic retention of the bit’s an excellent touch, completely satisfied with the p’chase.Ken McNamee.
