HP Deskjet 2547 All-in-One Printer - Black

Immediately upon removing from the box, a spring fell out. I spent an hour unsuccessfully trying to locate where it came from. I assume it's to retract the tray or another component and has no real power/function utility. I decide to plug the printer in and ensure that it at least prints properly. It fails to even power on. The printer's failure to work as well as HP's inability to troubleshoot leaves me with a poor review of this product.

I've had this printer for a year and it has been a pain in the ass the whole time. It prints like 20% of the jobs I ask for. Also, it is NOT cloud print compatible. I hate it.

This was advertised as a Google Cloud printer, however it can only be used as a classic printer. I have to keep to turn my desktop on in order to print from any of my Chromebooks. I am in the process of returning the printer.

Everything you need in a home printer color or not, as well as the additional functions (copy, scan, etc.). Great little workhorse. Well worth the money.

Worst printer I've ever had ... never got online and rarely works. Had to throw whole thing away. Never buying an HP product again!

Does not have a quick set up screen, need to load driver in computer first, and is not windows 10 compatible.
