GP LOGISTICG6G-REDTOP Red Top for Ladder

A top tray is better than no top tray
We live full time in a 40 ft motorhome. A 7 foot tall step latter is a necessity, but its size is an inconvenience. With our last 40 foot motorhome, I had room in one of the bays to carry a step ladder on its side. A tight squeeze. Carrying a stepladder, for many reasons, strapped to the rigs back ladder isn't something we wanted to do.We bought a new (to us) motorhome this year. The step ladder would not fit in the bay. I found this foldable 7 foot step ladder. It fits in the bay with no problems. When using it, it's a little wobbly/shaky. Still, a ladder verse no ladder is a blessing. It not coming with a top tray/step was a bit of a frustration. No top shelf to put tools, window cleaner, paper towels, etc. After getting the ladder, I ordered the tray/step. It mounts easily and works well when setting up and taking down ladder. The ladder, even with the top tray/step, still stores compactly. The tray/step is not as wide as I'd like, it has no hole to insert a screwdriver, no way of securing a roll of paper towel, but it's better than nothing.I'd buy this tray/step again.NOTE: I refer to this ladder attachment as a "step." It's NOT a step. It just looks like a step. No way I'd stand on it.Oh, I'm in good health, 6 foot, 220 lbs and 61 years old.
