Anolon Advanced Hard Anodized Nonstick Sauce Pan/Saucepan with Lid, 2 Quart, Gray

This actually replaces a pot that was exactly like it, but after many years of use, it just wore out. So we bought exactly the same pot, since we were so happy with the old one. It's a great size that very useful. In fact, this is our primary pot that's used literally every day. But it's not our only Anolon pot. We love Anolon pots, & they are the only type we buy. This one comes with a great glass lid so you can see what's cooking inside without having to raise the lid. Highly recommend!

This is a wonderful pot, but it does come with a warning. Do not heat this pot above the medium setting. The pot I just purchased is a replacement for the pot I warped by not heeding the temperature warning. Now, because I cooked something in the original pot at higher than medium heat, the lid no longer fits.

Had bought a set of the Anolon Advanced Hard Anodized Nonstick cookware, but it did not include a 2 qt. covered Saucepan.This size is something I use a lot. I love the lighter weight than the 14 yr. old set we had. The rubberized handle and lid are great.I love the glass lid and the nonstick finish is great! Clean-up is very easy. I don't use high heat as directed, but do boil in the saucepanwithout any damage being noted. I highly recommend this size pan and the whole set. It is less expensive than some of the more popularbrands, but I like the look and function better. I am a very satisfied customer.

I use two of these 2 quart Anolon pots almost daily, and really like them. After 3 to 5 years of constant use, the surface inside the pan bottom does begin to degrade, but I find that is true for any non-stick pan, even the very expensive ones. I've been using this model of Anolon pan for probably 15 years and I am replacing them again. I don't mind so much doing this because they are excellent pans. I wish there was a way to get non-stick pans resurfaced though.

My sister first gave me this pot twenty years ago, and it's a perfect pot. Heavy enough to cook evenly with no worries of burning things like when you're making caramel or ganache. Unfortunately, I ruined it last week when I forgot I was cooking evaporated milk to make fudge. Very happy they still make it!

After my husband ruined my only other 2-qt. saucepan, he told me to get another one and to get a really good one. So, naturally, I wasn't looking for bargains! This saucepan was pretty expensive, at least for my budget, and it's also heavier than my old one. I especially like the glass lid and the rubber padding on the handle, which makes it comfortable to pick up when the pot is hot. It feels like quality cookware.

This is my first piece of Anolon cookware, and it definitely will not be my last. While a bit pricey, it is an excellent piece of workmanship, heats evenly and fairly quickly, cleans up very nicely with just hot water. It has become my go-to pot for items like hot cereal, rice and thick sauces. The lid fits beautifully; the lid's handle will get hot during long, slow cooking (no surprise), but the pot's handle usually stays quite safe to handle (unless I let the gas flame get too high, and overlap the sides of the pot).Definitely gets my evaluation of excellence.
